Used to be a place over in Chattanooga that I believe could do it.

I had left my dump truck on a job site over nite
and I came back the next morning to one of the tires was cut.
It was still holding air but it had a huge slash across the sidewall.
This was a front tire and they are expensive (to me)
so I took it to this place over in Chattanooga.
They said they could fix it, but I could only run
it on the back after they fixed it.
Fixing it would have cost me the same as one of
the tires I ran on the back already ($40) so I said no.
I ran recaps mudgrips on the back.
Tire shop called them potato diggers.
But I only ran new tires on the front ($75).

But if they could have fixed that gash then
I"m sure they could fix some cracking and weathering.

I think their name was Vulcan Rubber or something like that.
Been a long time for me and I got fluff for brains.
That was at least 15 years ago. They may or may not still be in business.
There"s also a Vulcan Materials in Chattanooga.
That"s not it. They handle rock and gravel.

I know someone that mite know. I"ll try to remember to ask him tomorrow.

But apparently, yes it can be done.
