That could be. I know there has got to be some advantage as to why they would want to go through the hassle of bringing goods back through customs, the customs officials pawing through it all looking for contraband and what not. Whats up with your candy bars?, got a couple of candy bars out of Quebec, they taste terrible compaired to the American ones, and they were brands also sold here, tasted like they had way less sugar.
