Same situation here.I'm traveling stateside This Monday and paying out of pocket to obtain a test scan for a known problem. The idea is to find out how serious before the "free" but slow and limited resourced Canadian Health Care system does it's thing. A few years ago the wait was nine months just to get scanned in the middle of the night for a MRI on a damaged joint. Not to brag but I make more than a Canadian but not an American doctor, as a trades man. Doesn't seem right either to find your own name on a public accessable internet Government list with your yearly income for everybody to see.
