my dad had one looked very much like it. sat in the basement for years. neighbor got it out in the late sixties or early seventies and got it running. my best guess would be from fifties?? as dad used it to cut pulp wood during the 1956 western electric strike. hope this helps. his had a cast iron block and weighed quiet a bit.
