Bubbles in the radiator on a 1370 is probably one or more cracked sleeve. The sleeve landing the lip sets on at top of the block has to be the same all around. It cannot very in depth. A machine shop can cut this so it will be even.You can get shims from Case to bring sleeve back up to correct height. The shims are in the "90" series book. .005 and .010 shims are available. Stan
