The M's engine is a dry sleeve type engine. If you are getting water down past a sleeve, Then the thin casting around the sleeve is cracked (not uncommon). You would have to drop the oil pan to see witch one is leaking. Best to pressurize the cooling system to around 10psi. Once you find the leak. pull that sleeve. I've been told, they epoxy those cracks. You might want too go to the Farmall board and ask.
