What's a JD 450C worth?

Does anyone know the value of a 1978 JD 450C? I am thinking about buying one with 6650 hours on it that has a 6 way blade and winch. It has a rebuilt long block with only 400 hours on it, and new track pins, drive sprocket and top rolls. What is a good offer?
