They are out there, but not too many for sale and when they are, it is usually because the farmere is downsizing or upsizing or the tractor is a total wreck. I watched for almost a year to find an allis, looking for a 7000, 7010, or 7020 near home, and then one day, I was going through the photo ads and there was a 7000 black belly in OH for sale. About 120 miles away. It takes a while, but they pop up here and there. Now, a D21 on the other hand, that can be a real PIA to find for sale any more, and a D19 TD is getting to be the same way along with sereis 4 d17 diesels. They are not any more scarce than most tractors (there are a lot more Ms and Hs out there than allis). I think that they are just that nice that no one will part with them. I know I love my 7000 black belly and am not too interested in parting with it at the moment, but then again, I guess everything has a price tag on it. Good luck Hurst
