First you need to check to see why it seized and what it destroyed. You may get away without too much cost, but....... until you know what is actually ruined, no one can really say accurately from a distance. We are guessing. But I will say it will cost a lot more than that oil, which should have been going round the engine!
Did it stop, and then tightened up later, or did it stop by seizing up the engine while trying to keep running?
