We have a White 2-105 on our farm in SW Ohio. It has about 3500 hours on it, and still works like brand new. The over-under makes running it a lot easier, especially with grain carts, no till drills, and planters. If it is in good shape and working properly, I would compare it to the Deere Powershift for many things. Our's is a lot less jerky when you flip the lever, where Powershifts like to jerk you around sometimes. I don't know if this is the standard for most, but our transmission is fairly fussy about getting it in and out of certan gears. Just takes time to get used to. Most of the 2-105's that I have seen are going for between 8 and 12 thousand, so to me 3000 is a great deal. Personally though, I would run it for a while without doing anything with the engine, just to see what shape it's in. Hope this helps ya, JohnDeereGreen

A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
