If your name is John Wayne, you could crack the fittings on the butt end of the cylinders and let them intentionally leak if there are no bleeder valves. When the air quits coming out you are there, and can shut everything down and retighten them. But none of that should really be necessary. Up and down a couple times should do it without bleeding. We are not talking brake systems here.
