I can't recall ever seeing one with that feature, how does the side dump work, spring loaded, hydraulics, magic ? LOL What are you going to use to protect the wood ? I've got a similar problem on mine, like you say before mother nature reclaims it's a good idea. I've found a few nice salvage jobs, a lot of buildings half fallen down around here with good materials to re-use, have one to take down soon, so it and a few other things might get a roof overhead this year.
