One of my favorites is a woman too!! She"s been around for ever and a day and she know who I am, what tractors I have and remembers the last time she saw me, even if it was a year ago(rarely that lucky). She looks, cross refernces old #"s for current ones, and really goes the extra mile for me. This is at Tesch Bros. Implement. Vanderloop and the local Automotive supply both have a great parts counter too. They all know me and can ussually get me the part I need the first time. They all are willing to show me the book (or computer screen) and look in back even if they don"t show it in the system. Donovan from Wisconsin
