You know, this is about the 3rd or 4th post I"ve seen with regards to 8 volt batteries. I"ve never seen or run across an 8 volt battery, and it makes me wonder if the intent of an 8 volt battery was or would be to be used in series of 3 for a 24 volt system, or used in something that is actually a true 8 volt system. Nothing comes to mind on the latter though.

I"ll be the second to admit that I"m stupid at times, and the first to admit that I"m stupid would be everyone else.

Old, what"s your knowledge of these things? I"ve honestly never seen one.
