Not a special service manual for the AR and engine is same as A so use the I&T JD-4 manual that covers the A,B,D,G,H,M,MT. You might also want to get a copy of operators manual OMR2003 and parts catalog PC674 from JD or Ed Tucker 812-537-4622 or ebay or other online vendors. There were JD service manuals covering other specifics also for the 2 cylinders. SM2011 Hydraulics, SM2029 Electrical (mags & wiring diagrams and specs.), SM2024 Carburetors, and SM2000 Engines & General (mags, electrics, engines, tools).
