If you are doing some tillage, if the d19 is equipped with snap coupler, that is by far a better draft control than 3pt hitch had. It transferred the weight much better than a 3pt could, as it had 1 pull pont and 2 lift points, not 3 points that got pull and 2 that have lift. Only using it once a week on a property like that could be a problem for a diesel, esp if you don't have power, as that can get hard to start on a cold day. Best advice is like I said in my other message to you, take them for a test drive. Also, maybe you should ask the owner to see some reciepts for teh engine overhauls. I know that is not trusting a man's "honor", but if he really did the work and wants to sell the tractor, this is business, not an honor society, so I would see no problem in asking for reciepts on something you will be spending thousands on. It sure would make me feel stupid if I tore apart an engine and found out that I had been lied to and ripped off. Just one thing to check. Biggest thing though, take them for a test drive, that will really help you make up your mind. Hurst
