I heard that too. I actually ran into a person who caused lots of problems because of doing that when its not leagal. But I am not talking about that ,but then again if the only reason people are talking about hemp is to find some way to have thier wacy tobbacky and not go to jail. Then thats just a waste of my time and I need to move onto some thing else.
