Carb still dirty...you'll need to take it complete apart and super clean it. Get some B-12 spray and spray every possible little hole and channel..watch your eyes and don't spray any plastic or rubber. If you get it running by cutting off the air, all that means is that you aren't getting enough fuel and guess what...still dirty.
