A garbage truck here in San Diego a few weeks back dumped his load at the city dump, and did not lower the bin back on to the truck, and at the first large sign hanging over the freeway, the bin knocked the sign down,causing a complete freeweay shutdown for several hours durnig rush hour. There was a serious injury, but no one killed.
