I will tell you the same thing I have told everyone else who has asked this question. Trying to run a snowblower without live PTO is an exercise in futility. An over-running coupler is good for an implement like a bush hog that has a lot of inertia, but would be useless for a snowblower. The resistance of the snow going through the blower would stop it the instant you push the clutch in and then it would be plugged.
