A Massey Ferguson 97 I recently bought will start on 5 cylinders fairly easily but does not want to fire on the sixth (number 3 in from radiator)even when hot.Looks also as if the engine is burning a little to much fuel (smoke when idling). Valves are not stuck and injector has good spray pattern when connect up and operated outwith the cylinder.Is this likely to be worn bore or is there something else I should look for on these engines.
