Hard to say. You will want to remove the governor setup and probably use the intake, carb and exhaust from your existing engine. If you have emission testing, it is a crap shoot if it would pass. I sure wouldn't tell the inspector.

You might be able to get the industrial engine specs from New Holland or Ford. Probably not too different than the pickup engine?? Might be a cheap way to keep a pickup on the road. Good luck!
