First off, if you don"t have an anti-virus program, buy one! Money well spent if you are on the internet at all. Next, download an anti spam program from the internet, usually free, most of them I have used anyway. After you have installed both of them, and ran both of them, see if this helps at all, it did mine. Especially the spam, that greatly slows down the computer. Do a web search and read about them it should help you understand more.
