When you find one that has been sitting out for years ,tires have dry rotted, rusty sheet metal. no emblems,a lot of rust, all fluids are 1/2 white caused by water, stuck engine, now thats an antique. So we buy it for a few hundred dollars and then we start thinking, no if I would buy this and then that it would be not too bad.So we buy those parts and it helps so we want to make it better so we continue to buy until it looks new and runs good. So now that old cheap tractor is worth 4-5 thousand dollars and a much better looking antique.An expensive hobby.
