I like bubba2's thinking. There are a lot of good ones, but some have attitudes. Back when I was in the shop an engineer designed a new "improved" part where the bolts had to be wired to keep from falling out if they loosened and the whole ball of wax. This old fellow improved everything, but the piece we were working on was in our work area at the other end of the building. I looked it over and told him it was missing cutouts on each side ( I didn't recall right away what they were for, but it was obvious done for a reason) He in no uncertain terms told me HE was the engineer. That's all it took, I followed his directions to a T. By the way we wouldn't know how to install it either so the next day it was installed under his direction. When the trial button was pushed BOOM, machine pillars that weren't on our end of the building were the reason for the cutouts. Took about 10 years before we were friends. lol
