A friend had a dam wash out. Government said $4,000.00 and they would pay half. A guy had a dozer on his farm so when asked he said he thought he could do it for two. So why get the government involved. The dozer guy did it without even a hand shake. My friend was taken back when the dozer guy wanted only two hundred like he thought my friend understood from the begining and not the two thousand like my friend had taken it as.
