When it comes right down to it your better off doing it your self. As Soon as you get the goverment involved your subjuect to all kinds of rules you have to comply with like where you put your fence in reation to wet areas, types of material used, and etc. Besides in the grand scheme of things fence isn't that expensive. Burning fuel and using steel to run machinery that feeds animals not on pasture is much more expensive.
