Also be careful if putting detergent oil in engine long run on non-detergent; loss of "dirt seal",and loosening of sludge, if engine has lots of sludge, has been known to stop up oil passages, etc., with fatal results...flush well when changing, watch oil carefully, don"t be bashful about changing filter and/or draining/refilling if oil looks too dirty; two-three quick oil and/or filter changes cheaper than rebuilding engine...
