(You will want a 2-terminal pressure switch, and then you can select the PSI at which it closes.)

Also, the Echlin Ignition Parts catalog at NAPA will show "normally open" pressure switches that close at low PSI, or check Standard Ignition, or whatever "house brand" your favorite auto parts store carries.
