That isn't the fault of the plow, that is the fault of the guy who was pulling it.

I was taught to always throw the dirt the opposite direction as the previous year. It's easy to do. Even if it's a field you never plowed before, you can usually tell if you look at it a little.

Of course, the guy that taught me to plow is fussier than most about such things, but his fields sure look nice when he is done plowing.
