Bob, I'm no expert but learned by reading Allen's and others posts. For posting here left click on the tag link or your pic at your photobucket till it highlights blue then right click to copy the tag. Then come back here and click on your post and right click and paste it in. If pic doesn't show up right when you preview then it didn't work right. To insert at most other boards you copy and past the IMG image link instead of tag link.
