I don't know the make, but i saw graders like that being used in Butler county, PA., back when i was a wee kid! That would be in the late 20's/ early 30's! Galion made a bunch of them, but if no name plate, it'd be tough to identify it! They were drawn by steam, diesel, and gasoline tractors. If you had found it 40 years ago, it might not be in such bad condition! To be restored will take a pile of sand to blast it now!
