If money is tight, go a little older. Maybe a 966, 1256 0r 856. They would all be in that HP range. You can always buy a good aftermarket cab like a Hiniker or Qt-1 Year Around, if you want a better cab.

Another thought would be a 7000 AC, they are around 100HP and haven't heard that they have any serious issues, plus you can get them cheap.
