It's still legal here too. There is NO garbage pickup, and the dump is 15 miles away and only open one day a week. I work 450 miles away, an am only home on dump day every 3rd or 4th week. In the winter I just save it up and take a grain truck load at a time, but in the summer it stinks too bad to save like that. We compost everything the chickens won't eat, and burn the rest. Nearest neighbour is 4 miles away. We all burn garbage there in the summer.
