If the tank has an outlet that is low on it all you need to do is plumb a pipe off that and have holes drilled in it. I would use at the largest 1/8 bit. You wouldn't even need to use the pump that way. Thats how a lot of local road builder have a truck set up to keep the dust down when there building roads. Seen a good many of them since I usto drive a dump truck and got a lot of jobs working on the roads in this area. Only problem I ever saw was the time it takes to get rolling after turning on the valve always leave a puddle.
