Thanks Paul for the encouragement and I'm quite aware that Ottawa, Ontario is the capital of Canada while Toronto is the capital of Ontario. I also know that Victoria is the capital of British Columbia as I've been there many times and have fond memories of some really fabulous fly fishing in the interior of BC. What is still readable on the decal appears to be what you would generally see on something made here in the USA. I don't know how involved Canada was in argiculture equipment manufacturing but I haven't run across made in Canada on any farm machinery I've seen in the states. I'm sure some speciality items were made across the border for internal needs though. This is one of the good things about this type of forum as folks from different countries have the opportunity to share information. Thanks for the response, Hal
