Well, I'd try Rusty's idea first. I pretty much use PS or Howes all year long and haven't had that much condensation ever. You buying from a place that has a low turn over of diesel? You got the only diesel they sell to? Is one other thing that comes to mind. Wire the filler neck to about a 6 joule'r, and when you hear the wife's or girlfriend's ex screaming his guts out about 2 in the morning, you'll know that he'll be peeing his beer out in the tavern unrinal from then on.
