On my world (earth) the widow get the man's possessions when he dies, when she dies the kids get the property as she designates (don't p*** off mama). If these people want charity they should go sign up for welfare.

If this was being held on private property or a rented hall of some kind the auctioneer or sheriff should run the bums off as trespassers.

Fixing bids to steal money from a widow - they should burn in **** for that.
