If you decided to do that, you need a plumbing and electricion's license also. I am sure there are other licenses you will need in order to get the house to pass inspection. Otherwise you need to hire out the work. Sounds like a good idea, but if it were me I would get a little more financial background before I started taking out loans to buy property. You buy property, you all of a sudden end up with taxes, paper work, etc. Make sure you look into everything before you buy anything. Talk with your parents about it, they should be able to help you out with advice. Good luck
