Right on! I will never buy anything from BestBuy again. They got you nailed when you walk in the door. Dell, HP, and all the rest of the manufactures use these so called super retailers to sell thier products, not warrent them, and they have so many loop holes you will just be chasing your tail and wasting your time. Fed up with the setup & sick and tired of dealing with those crooks. Got better things to do! That"s all. Rex
