Went through the same thing with our Dell. I didn't get a bill though. I had an extended service contract. My modem was bad they never could figure it out all they did was tell me stuff to do that screwed it up more. I finally borrowed another computer so I knew my phone lines and ISP were ok. Finally had to get nasty with them and email nasty letters and finally after awhile got one of those India's to authorize home service. Guy came to house in a few days and had it fixed in no time at all.Couldn't give him heck because he was an independant subcontractor. Dell is getting some stores set up maybe find one and go in and raise heck and see if you can get some help. GOOD LUCK !
