I buy things over the internet without inspecting them but I only will buy what I figure I can afford to lose. I have mostly been satisified with my purchases but I purchased a tractor a couple months ago that I wish I had not. The seller was not evesive- he just plain lied. He lied about several major things on the tractor. Once I make a deal I figure it is mine and I don't bother the seller even if dissatified. The best deal I made was a tractor I did not even get a picture of until it was delivered into my driveway (lucky I guess) Jerry
