I'm with Old on this one simply because the loader has it's own pump doesn't mean the tractor didn't have live hydraullics. My Oliver 55 has live hydraullics but the DuAll loader has it's own pump as does my friends Ford 850 with a Wagner and it's own pump. I think they did it back then because the tractors resevoirs were inadequate for running a loader and a three point at a decent speed.
