Could be a few things, but you need to check it before you use it again. Its not fun to have a wheel fall off when your in the middle of no place, been there done that before. Its probably the bearing but it could also be a couple broken lug stud. Jack it up and turn the wheeel by hand and see how it feels. It should spin easy and not hang up or wobble any.
