I would try so PB Blaster or WD-40 on it, also Silicone Release spray works really well! I'd hose it down and let it sit for about twenty minetts or so then try to remove it. Once you get it off be sure to clean it up and greese it up really well so that it won't happen again Good luck I'm sure will chime in soon
