Help setting up Hydraulis pressure

Is there any way to set up the hydraulic pressure on a Case 830 diesel ? I put a loader ( Freeman 4000 ) on the tractor, using the tractors hydraulics. It will lift the 1500 lb round bales, but not the 2500 lb ones. The pressure relief valve start to chatter and won't pick up the bale.
