I could keep it, but my main concern is to hopefully find the owner. The dog is very comfortable inside, and only wants to sit in a chair with someone. She is obviously house trained as she has gone to the door wanting out, does her business and comes right back in. In my mind, she is someones best friend and I hope to get them reunited. By the way, we have 2 dogs now. One inside and the other outside. This Chihuahua gets along great with our inside dog which is half Chihuahua and half Rat Terrier.
