rgv tx, Say there is another possibility, Check the local KOA camp site, or other areas where the Snowbirds stay. It very well may have come from there. Take a pic leave at local gas stations, 7-11 type stores, Local grovery stores, And Senior Centers. Though I an not a small dog guy it is evident it is, and has been well cared for. Good Luck.
