I guess I"m a bit apprehensive now since the most critical issue for me will be clearing my driveway after heavy snows. A bit of messing around to start it otherwise would not be an issue but when your snowed in its a different story. I think my plan will be to go there when its real cold and see if I can get it to fire up.

I"m from Colorado, the present owner was surprised it made its way here too since as you said it was made in MA.

Can you tell me what a "tank type heater" is?
Also it seems that the glow plugs are disocnnected now, the wires are missing, do you think I could find or rig a replacement?
