Cosmetic Tire "touch up" or "finishing" paints are used by tire manufacturers to repair marred, scuffed and abraded tires, they then sell them as if they were 1st class and not 2nd class tires. Also used in the retread industry, they are black, water based, latex based paints that flex with the tire and don't crack. Try "PR-41", made by Darmex (www.darmex-int.com) and sold in the US by Darchem TIP, Miramar FL, 954-4426-682.
